Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-05. These terms govern the Maniflood website and the GPU rental
concierge service operated by TopologixLabs LTD, a company registered in England & Wales
(the "Company", "we", "us"). By using the site, requesting a quote, capturing a price, or submitting a
price-lock request you agree to these terms.
Plain-English summary. The prices we show are live quotes sourced from third-party GPU
marketplaces. A captured quote is an indicative snapshot in time — it is not a guaranteed,
reserved, or contractually locked price. A price-lock request asks us to try to secure that rate for
you; it only becomes a firm commitment once we confirm availability and you confirm payment.
1. What the service is
- We operate a GPU rental concierge: we search verified GPU marketplaces (such as Vast.ai and RunPod),
score the true all-in cost, and source capacity on your behalf.
- We do not own the underlying GPUs. Availability, performance, and pricing are controlled by the
third-party venues, not by us.
2. Quotes and "capture best price"
- The "capture best price" feature shows the best live rate across the venues we currently track at
the moment you press it, with the time of capture.
- A captured rate is indicative only. Third-party spot prices change continuously; a captured
rate may no longer be available by the time an order is placed.
- We do not claim to show every GPU on the open market — only the venues we track live, plus clearly
labelled reference data where a live feed is unavailable.
3. Price-lock ("capture") requests
- Submitting a price-lock request records the server-verified quote at that time and asks us to try to
secure it. It is a request, not an automated reservation.
- A lock becomes binding only when we confirm the capacity is available and you confirm the agreed
price and payment method. Until then either party may withdraw without charge.
- We provision a rental only after capacity, true cost, and payment have been confirmed.
4. Fees
Concierge fees (for example setup and monitoring) are disclosed before you commit. Underlying GPU
charges are set by the third-party venue and passed through.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use sourced compute for unlawful activity, and to comply with the terms of the
underlying GPU venue. You are responsible for your own workloads and data.
6. No guarantees & limitation of liability
- The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee a particular price, capacity, uptime, or
result, because these depend on third-party venues and market conditions.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to
the concierge fees you paid us for the transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect or
consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
7. Privacy
We process the information you submit (such as your email and request details) to provide the service.
See our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms and will post changes here. These terms are governed by the laws of England
& Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
